Healthy BEINGS does healthy cooking classes for kids!
This afternoon Healthy Beings had 5 budding chef’s learning how to make a healthy dinner for the whole family.
At only 5 and 6 years of age these little chef’s cooked an amazing meal to take home dinner for the whole family.
On tonight’s menu there was a chicken, spinach and ricotta cannelloni served with a side of garden salad, leaving no work in the kitchen for Mum or Dad!
Our little 5 and 6 year old chefs at Healthy Beings have learnt:
- New cooking skills;
- The importance of including foods from the five food groups in their daily diet and;
- Have been challenged to make all their meals bright and colourful ensuring their growing bodies get all the nutrients they need!
What a great first week at Healthy Beings cooking school!
